Questions we get before signup.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly and annual plans cancel from Settings → Billing in one click. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. No contracts.
What happens when I hit my monthly cap?
New creation pauses until your next reset. You keep full access to everything you’ve already generated — read, download, publish, re-run on existing outputs. You’ll see warnings at 80% and 95%, so the cap never surprises you. If you’re hitting it regularly, that’s a signal to move up a tier.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. 14-day refund on any new subscription, monthly or annual. Annual downgrades are pro-rated. Full details on the refund page.
Do prices include tax?
Prices shown are the base price. VAT, GST, or sales tax is added at checkout where applicable — our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy, Merchant of Record) handles it automatically worldwide.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing disappears. Foundations, generated assets, Pulse history, publisher configs — all stay accessible. Only new creation is capped to the lower tier. Upgrade again later and your full capacity comes back.
