Simple terms, up front.
14-day refund, any plan
If Sivon HQ isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first charge on any monthly or annual plan and we'll refund the full amount. No forms, no interrogation.
Annual downgrades are pro-rated
If you downgrade an annual plan mid-cycle, we refund the unused portion of the higher tier. Your account drops to the new tier's caps immediately; existing work stays accessible.
How to request a refund
Email support@sivonhq.com with your account email and the charge date. Refunds are processed within 5 business days by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. The amount returns to the original payment method.
Trial cancellations
If you cancel during the 7-day Pro trial, no charge is placed — there is no refund to process. You keep access to Pro until the end of day 7, then drop to Free automatically.
What is not refundable
- Charges older than 14 days on monthly plans
- Usage on a paid plan after day 14 of the subscription period
- Founding Member discount codes are non-transferable
