By accessing or using Sivon HQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Sivon HQ is an AI-powered marketing toolkit that generates marketing assets—including ad copy, blog posts, SEO strategies, social media content, and more—from a brand profile you provide. Content is generated using Google's Gemini AI models.

Accounts

To use the Service you must create an account. You may sign in with Google, Microsoft, or an email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content
  • Attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service or its AI models
  • Use automated scripts to access the Service outside of its intended interface
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created where legal disclosure is required
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission

Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain all rights to the brand blueprints, product descriptions, and other information you provide. You also own the AI-generated marketing content created through the Service, subject to any applicable third-party terms (e.g., Google Gemini's usage policies).

Our platform: Growth Engine retains all rights to the platform, user interface, agent definitions, underlying technology, and brand. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the Service.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by Sivon HQ is produced by AI models and is provided "as is." You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors
  • You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or using it
  • We do not guarantee that generated content will be effective, legally compliant, or suitable for your specific needs
  • You are responsible for verifying any factual claims, legal statements, or trademark references in generated content

Usage Limits

Each plan has monthly usage caps on Foundations, agent runs, workspaces, and (where applicable) Weekly Brief and Pulse runs. When a cap is reached, new creation is paused until the next reset, while existing work remains accessible. We reserve the right to modify these caps at any time and will publish changes with reasonable notice on the pricing page.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We provide no formal Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sivon HQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
